During the year 2000 about 75% of american women ready to work had jobs outside of their home. Today about 69% of women continue to have their job. So , what happen to the other 6% of women? Since there has been an increase of male population , job managements have been looking for hard working and educated men now lately. Women haven't been treated with the respect they need to have lately.
