Murdering A Homeless Man

38 Year old homeless man, James Boyd was camping illegally on a hill. He was armed with knives and was mentally illed. The Albuquerque officers started shooting their stunt gums even when the man was in the floor. This was unnecessary if the man didn’t attack.
