Boyfriend charged for prom death

A girl from Macarthur High School Jacqueline was found dead because of 18 year old Eddie Herrera was charged for aggravated assault. His girlfriend Jacqueline Gomez was found dead Hyatt Regency the morning after their prom. Eddie told the police that Jacqueline and him had been drinking and in the morning didn’t wake up, but later on admits to having choked her. And also law enforcement sources tell Eyewitness News they're also investigating Jacqueline’s  mother for buying the teens the alcohol and drugs.
