Colts Linebacker Charged With Rape

       

       

       Colts linebacker known as Josh McNary was charged with rape and a felony criminal confinement and misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. Josh hadn't yet been arrested but the judge had issued a warrant. A woman called police stating that she was raped later on Dec. 1 after being at a bar meeting somebody. She stated that she told him she didn't want to have sex, but he forced her to have it, while she left marks all on his face,back, and shoulders. As she walked out she took his phone; however she was later tested and doctors found damage to her groin area and dry blood by the ear. The detectives used the phone later to indicate that he was the one of the attack.
