KIDS LEFT AT HOME WHILE MOTHER IS GETTING HER HAIR STYLED

This mother was wrong for leaving her 3 and 4 year old child in a home by themselves. She was out getting her hair styled for hours and hours and im guessing that she thought that she could leave her children there alone without any contact to anyone else but themselves. She argued that she left them with one of her neighbors but there was no one else inside of the home. I just think that it is wrong that she thought that was ok.
