Two Albuquerque police officers charged with murdering homeless man

Two Albuquerque police officers have been charged of murder.

It’s been almost a year since a deadly encounter was captured on video, showing two Albuquerque cops shooting and killing a homeless man, 38 year old James Boyd. James Boyd was shoot for camping in the hills since it is illegal.
