9-month-old infant dies after being shot by elder brother

The mother of two young children tell the police that the infant was shot in the head with a paintball gun. When the ambulance arrive on the scene they found out it was a shotgun wound .

The gun had been built on a shelf near the headboard in the master bedroom. The gun was found on the floor near the babies crib in the master bedroom. The infant was pronounced dead At the Childrens Mercury Hospital
