Man calls in fake bomb threat to distract police from his own arrest

Jacob moore was wanted behind bars but cops could never find him. That’s until jacob made a call to the police making a bomb threat from a near by elementary school thinking he would have gotten away with it until police traced the call and surrounded his home and was taking into jail.
