Three children found abandoned in house with nothing

Lake stevens-Washington, A washington state couple are arrested after police say they found their three children alone in an abandoned home with no food and surrounded by animal feces. The children are all under the age of 7 and are now in protective custody. police say “this is not the first time these parents have had a run in with child protective services.”
