Disney introduces Elena, its first Latina princess.





Disney announced Thursday January 29, 2015 that its newest princess will be Elena of Avalor, a 16-year-old character inspired by diverse Latino cultures over the world. She will make her appearance on Disney Junior show “Sofia the First” , next year 2016. Aimee Carrero of ABC Family's "Young & Hungry" will voice the role of  Princess Elena. This will help give viewers an idea about the Latino culture , what it is , what is dose , and there everyday life. I love the idea that Disney finally decide to focus on cultures , so no one can be confuse about their own ethnicity.

    Finally they make a Latina princess. That will be Disney's best improvement for this year.
