mom tries leaving baby in donation bin

A pennsylvania mother got noticed for putting her child in a  donation bin.When someone saw her, they confronted her and the mom walked away like if nothing had  happened.The police say that this wasnt her first time doing this.last time she was trying to abandoned her daughter in open field. she is getting multiple charges. -emily
