Dash cam video shows final seconds of TransAsia flight before it crashed into a river

     Dash cam video captured the final, frightening seconds of a TransAsia Airways passenger jet as it flipped and crashed into a river in Taipei, Taiwan. More than 30 people died in the crash, with the toll rising as crews search for missing passengers. The plane had 58 souls on board when it took off at 11:30 am local time Wednesday.A preliminary report on the cause or causes of Wednesday’s crash could come within a month.
