Mom tries leaving baby in donation bin

Harrisburg police say Shaisha Phillips, 30, tried to leave her four-month-old baby girl inside a donation bin. In her mug shot, Shaisha was smiling. Hard to believe, especially considering the situation was no laughing matter. Police say temperatures outside were freezing, and when witnesses saw what was happening, they confronted Shaisha. She grabbed her baby and walked off, but not before police arrived. Police also say this isn't the first time Shaisha has done this. She’s reportedly tried leaving her baby in an open field, the bed of a pickup truck and now the donation bin. She’s now facing multiple charges.
