Child Cruelty

A nanny was caught on camera hitting a three year old boy with an ipad in the face after he would not stop crying. The video tapers said that he saw the woman dragging the child by the hair so he pulled out his phone and began recording her. The woman is undergoing an investigation at the moment but charges have yet to be pressed. I just think this whole situation is terrible. If you are not the mother of this child then why even put your hands on him. In no way should she have discipled him physically.
