The family of Jason Harrison, the mentally ill man who was shot and killed by Dallas police, has released body camera video of the incident.Shirley Harrison, Jason’s mother, called 911 and told them that her son, who was bipolar and schizophrenic, was off his medications and needed to go to the hospital.Because the camera pans away from Jason, it’s hard to tell what happened in the seconds right before he was gunned down, but both cops say.
