Man abducted at gunpoint in north Harris County

Sheriff’s are investigating an abduction that happened in Harris County. A woman was asked for a favor to pick and dropped Jesus off at a house, she agreed and were on their way. While on the freeway she noticed that they were being followed by a car. They were in the street of their destination, and a car crashed into them. People got out the car and forced them to get out. They stole the woman’s purse and cell phone and couldn’t reach anyone. My opinion is that if you don”t know the person you shouldn’t even give them a ride.-emily

GUNMAN KILLS BEST FRIEND IN SELF DEFENSE

A HOUSTON MAN SHOT AND KILLED HIS FRIEND OVERNIGHT, TELLING THE POLICE THAT HE PULLED THE TRIGGER IN SELF DEFENSE.  THE FRIEND OF THE MAN TOOK HIS CAR AND CAME BACK TO THE APARTMENT WHERE THE SHOOTER WAS. THEY GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT AND THEN IT TURNED INTO A PHYSICAL FIGHT. THE SHOOTER WAS IN FEAR OF LOSING HIS LIFE TOOK THE GUN OUT AND ONLY PULLED THE TRIGGER ONCE. THE POLICE ARE THINKING OF NOT PRESSING ANY CHARGES AGAINST THE SHOOTER SINCE HE SAYS THAT IT WAS IN SELF-DEFENSE .

We all have heard the news about the huge step Zayn Malik has took. He recently left the boy band One Direction because of stress problems going on in his life. Zayn is a really talented and handsome young man who has stolen the hearts of many young girls around the world. When the news were out , many hearts were broken. The other members of the band will continue the tour without Zayn. He will be missed, not just by his band members that he grew close to , but his loving fans.

Germanwings plane crashed

    Germanwings plane crashed, killing all 150 people on board, whom came from 18 different countries. It is said that the co-pilot, 28-year-old German national Andreas Lubitz was in control when the plane crashed, but no sign of terrorism is involved. The reason for why the plane crashed is still unknown. Screaming could be heard on the audio recording minutes before the crash, death was instant to the people as soon as the plane crashed. This “accident” is very mysterious and took many lives. -priscilla

Wisconsin man accused of having sex with 10-year old girl and getting her pregnant.

A 39-year-old Milwaukee man is accused of having sex with a 10-year-old girl and getting her pregnant.According to the criminal complaint, the victim moved into a relative’s home in June 2014. Guider, the relative’s boyfriend, also lived in the home.The victim told police that “one night, shortly after she moved into this home, she was watching television upstairs in the relative’s room. She was lying on the bed when the defendant came in. The defendant told her that ‘this is how you make money.'”In January, the relative took the girl to a pediatrician who said she should be taken to Children’s Hospital. The relative did not act on this advice.In March, another relative noticed the girl “appeared pregnant.” If convicted, Guider faces up to 60 years in prison.

Lisa was covering a story Thursday morning when later something happened to her brain. Tributes were shared to her loss because she was one of the best on the cast.

Rant Goes Viral

One Tomball lady’s rant goes viral after she post a video of her criticizing another mothers parenting skills. She is describing how a mom does not know how to handle her child when at the grocery store and he/she is just wailing. Kathleen smith makes suggestions of what to do with the child, she says kill it, give it away or leave it at home. She later made an “apology” video which actually wasn't an apology when she says “i’m not sorry for the things i said. I think this woman should’ve thought about what she was going to say first and not just say what she was going to say.

Perro Aguayo Jr. dies after wrestling match with Rey Mysterio and TNA’s Manik

Friday march 20 pro wrestler Perro Aguayo Jr. died during a wrestling match with TNA star Manik and WWE pro wrestler Rey Mysterio. When Aguayo leaned against the ring ropes as Mysterio set up the 619 — a move he regularly performed in both WCW and WWE — the wrestler suddenly appeared unconscious.Once they realized something was wrong, the other three men in the match continued the bout while a person checked on Aguayo ringside. When the bout ended, medical personnel transferred Aguayo to the hospital, where local media reports he was pronounced dead at 1:00 a.m. PT.

It’s not yet clear what the cause of Aguayo’s death was. AAA released a statement on Twitter which roughly translates to, “The grief overwhelms our hearts. Rest in peace, Hijo del Perro Aguayo.” Manik also spoke out, writing, “Godspeed Perro … Life goes so fast man. I can’t believe some of us  pack our bags and don’t make it home.”

Ikea bans fun, no more playing around in stores

Adults are having too much fun at ikea and are told to knock it off. Ikea wants shoppers to stop playing Hide-and-seek as the game attracts a growing following on social media.“We are very happy that people are playful but safety must prevail,” Shoppers bury themselves in baskets and throughout the various nooks and corners of the sprawling stores. But now things are getting out of control. The company has spread the word all over the web to stop playing in the stores and people have agreed.

Arch Rock collapsed

      Part of the Arch Rock overlook at Point Reyes National Seashore in Northern California collapsed. A person was killed and another injured. The people fell from about 70 feet high. Bluffs along the California coast are known for being unstable. People should be careful where they are. -priscilla

Kidnapped at birth, found 17 years later

Zephany means "hidden by the Lord," a fitting name for a girl who was allegedly kidnapped at birth and found thanks to an improbable coincidence. South African Police have been mostly quiet about the case. A police spokesman, Andre Traut, confirmed that a woman was arrested last week and charged with kidnapping and falsely pretending that she was the girl's biological mother.  While Zephany's biological parents have said in interviews over the years that they never lost hope of finding her, for now, the girl is in the custody of the social services. The choice will soon be made to her in a few months , after her 18th birthday, so she can choose where to spend her future .

TV show contestant and husband murdered by contractor  

    TV show contestant, Cristie Schoen-Codd, on the Food Network and her husband, Joseph “JT” Codd were both murdered by a contractor they hired who was also their neighbor who lived half-a-mile away. The couple was found in a wood stove and their bodies were destroyed. Police say the killings happened on Thursday, March 12. People were in shock to find out what had happened to the TV celebrity. She was on a cooking show and almost made it to the finals. - George Sanchez

A TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION AGENT WAS ATTACKED BY A PERSON WITH A MACHETE. A LAW ENFORCER SHOT THE MAN THREE TIMES HE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE THE POLICE WILL INTERROGATE HIM. THE GOOD THING IS THAT THE TSA AGENT SUFFERED ONLY A CUT IN THE ARM.

'Frozen 2' on its way

Disney officially announced the most obvious sequel in recent years, "Frozen 2," on Thursday to stockholders, along with more major movie news.The original creative team that started all of this frozen madness  Chris Buck, Jennifer Lee and Peter Del Vecho will return. Josh Gad (Olaf himself) was on hand to make the announcement to the world bringing joy and happiness back to little kids that just can not “Let it go”. One of the  cast member Kristen Bell also shared the news with her Twitter followers saying “Dreams really do come 2!!! #Frozen2”. There is not a release date yet but , it will soon to come to all Frozen fans.

The family of Jason Harrison, the mentally ill man who was shot and killed by Dallas police, has released body camera video of the incident.Shirley Harrison, Jason’s mother, called 911 and told them that her son, who was bipolar and schizophrenic, was off his medications and needed to go to the hospital.Because the camera pans away from Jason, it’s hard to tell what happened in the seconds right before he was gunned down, but both cops say.

            Ferrell didn't have the best showings at the plate, but he was able to hold a runner to just a single with a nice play in center field with the Los Angeles Angels. He is putting on a show when taking the field, especially on opening day. He played center field and held the runner at 1st base to keep it from a double. He claimed he was in “Beast Mode” when it was time to shine. He is playing with every MLB team, his goal is to play all 9 positions in the game.Will has 2 down and needs 7 to go.

Barcelona certainly had the momentum going into their clash with Real Madrid but being an El Clasico, you're never sure of where the points will eventually end up.It was a strange encounter that had its moments but never really sparked into life like previous recent games between the Spanish top flight's eternal rivals.But in the end Barcelona took the win 2-1 with once again Luis Suarez goal and probobly his most important goal with Barcelona Club.

Road Rage

A bad case of road rage left 28-year old Kay Hafford in the hospital on Friday. Kay was on her way to work when she honked at a car and that’s where it turned dangerous. The man of the vehicle began to shoot at Kay’s car. One bullet hit her right in the back of the head. Luckily, she was able to pull over and call the cops. She is currently in stable but critical condition. In my opinion what's there to get mad at? I mean one is getting to their set destinations.

Medical corporation in California claims to be able to change brown eyes blue

The Stroma Medical Corporation, based out of Laguna Beach, says they can permanently give you piercing blue eyes.They use a laser tuned to a specific frequency to remove the pigment from the surface of the iris, the corporation claims, as laser energy is absorbed by the eyes brown pigment, the dark top surface is lifted, leaving the bottom layer of blue behind in about two to three weeks. This is awesome, maybe i can change my eye color too!

The Red Sox have decided to skip Joe Kelly for Sunday's start against the Phillies. The righty will make his return on Friday.Kelly felt tightness in his right biceps during his start on Monday, and had to leave that start early.Manager John Farrell stressed that Kelly has not suffered a setback. The Red Sox are confident he will start the season on time. They feel as if its better for him to rest the whole pre-season then to keep going on with it.

Baby survives river crash

   Baby Lily and her mom had crashed into a frigid Utah river. They were not found until 14 hours later when a man was fishing in that spot and called for help. When rescue came, they found the mom dead, but Lily was still alive. Lily was found hanging upside down in the car. It is a miracle that a baby was able to survive this kind of crash. -priscilla

Four teens beat up 15 year old girl at mcdonalds

As seen in this picture this teen 15 year girl was beaten at a mcdonalds while dozens of people watched and cheered. This fight broke off inside a mcdonalds near Erasmus Hall high school monday afternoon. The girl in the blue swings and one of the teens and is soon outnumbered by the other teens friends. She is eventually thrown to the ground and is beaten by all teens and are calling her a b****** and stomping her face. The victim suffered two black eyes and bruises to her head, police sources said They’ve reviewed the video with officials at the high school but say the victim and her family have yet to file a complaint.

Racist Chant

2 students were expelled from the university of Oklahoma for singing a racist song. Many people have protested toward this video which shows college students singing offensive things to african american people. What this video shows is not right. A lot of people are disgusted and hurt. William recalls SAE as his home and now that this video has came out he feels that this generation has lost a lot of the brotherhood that they once had. Now william doesn’t approve of the 2 students as his brothers. -emily

Vicious Fight

This is a sad story about how a girl was brutally ganged up on at a McDonalds. She and another girl were disputing and the fight got violent when the girl in the blue shirt swung a fist. Which led to three other girls beating on her. The beating included, Punches , hair pulling and face kicking. My opinion on this is how sick can people be? Like a fight is between two people if you are too weak to keep it that way and you have to get your “squad” in it too then you shouldn’t even be fighting because you’re a wimp. I mean violence isn’t the answer but things get to us.

Four teens viciously beat beat girl in Brooklyn Mcdonald’s as crowd cheers

NEW YORK — Cell phone video shows a 15-year-old girl being beaten to the ground by 4 other teens inside a Brooklyn McDonald’s as dozens watched and cheered.The savage fight broke out inside a McDonald’s on Flatbush Avenue near Erasmus Hall High School Monday afternoon, WPIX reported. The girl in blue swings at one of the teens but is soon outnumbered by her target’s friends.The victim suffered two black eyes and bruises to her head, police sources said. They’ve reviewed the video  with officials at the high school but say the victim and her family have yet to file a complaint.

Georgia Women’s Execution Postponed Because Of Drug Appeared ‘Cloudy’

Kelly Renee Gissendaner was set to die on Monday evening. The execution was postponed due to the way the drugs that had appeared to be cloudy. The 47- year old was originally set to execution on Wednesday but was called off because of winter weather.A petition gathered about 80,000 signatures on Tuesday and would be delivered to the government.The state supreme court denied her request for her stay.-emily

Teacher found hanged

   Jillian Jacobson, 31, was a photography teacher that was found hanged at a Southern California high school. The cause for this is unknown, it’s being considered as suicide. Students were waiting outside the classroom to get in. Then a teacher opened the door, and when they walked in, they found Jacobson hanged and immediately called 911, but she was declared dead at the scene. This is a very traumatic tragedy, especially for the school.

Teenager dies after Facebook fight

That was the setup in Birmingham when a group of girls, who quarreled on Facebook, decided to take their beef to a park, where they would fight, videotape it and then post it. But, a couple of male spectators apparently brought guns and one of the girls, a 14-year old, was shot dead. Police say Kierra’onna Rice was killed by the boyfriend of one of the other girls.Two teenaged boys, 17 and 19, are in custody and others are left to think about solutions.

Baytown teens missing for nearly two weeks

Baytown TX, Two teens by the name of alex chaves and jarvis morgan were last seen in the car together heading to a friends house before vanishing. The car was found with nothing in it, police believe they know someone who could give them answers. Brandon alejandro flores was called a person of interest but he was also put on the list of missing person’s as well.  Texas Equusearch will continue their efforts, and 17 year old Morgan, and 18 year old Chavez couldn’t have a better group on their side. For now, the mystery remains unsolved.
